How to Draft Emails

Create personalized messages for every target

After sourcing leads in any method in the previous section, you will be prompted to draft your outreach message.

You can use your own template, or generate a draft with AI.

We currently generate emails and LinkedIn messages. You can draft connection request notes, direct messages, and follow-up messages for all LinkedIn Campaign Types.

Use your own template

  • Enter your Email Subject Line and Draft.

  • Choose if you want to Personalize the template or use the same template for everyone.

    • Personalize the template: Our AI model will use your template as the base, and adapt to every lead based on their profile summary, occupation and headline on LinkedIn.

    • Same template: Our AI model will insert the name and company of every lead, and leave everything else the same.

  • The bot will now generate an email for every one of your leads. This will show up in your Airtable Interfaces, under People.

Generate a template

Outline your draft by telling Hyperscale's AI about:

  1. Product: What you would like to sell. Include the product name and a brief description of what it does, e.g. "Mana, an AI assistant to automate sales."

  2. Content: What you would like to say. Being specific about your value proposition could be helpful, e.g. "Help you to automate sales". This can be very short - 1-2 short bullets works well.

  3. Link to include: Include a link to your website or a booking link for a meeting.

You can edit the email template in any way. When you are ready, click 'Next'.

Choose if you want to Personalize the template or use the same template for everyone.

  • Personalize the template: Our AI model will use the edited template as the base, and adapt to every lead based on their profile summary, occupation and headline on LinkedIn.

  • Same template: Our AI model will insert the name and company of every lead, and leave everything else the same.

The email template will then be adapted to each target customer identified.

All generated emails will be saved in your My Campaigns section.

Advanced Personalization Instructions

Want more control over how the AI writes your messages? You can provide custom instructions that guide the AI's tone, style, and content.

How to Use

  1. Open your campaign and click "πŸ’Œ Outgoing Messages"

  2. Click "✨ Personalize Messages"

  3. In the Advanced Instructions text box, type your custom instructions

  4. Choose how to apply them:

    • πŸ§‘β€πŸ”¬ Personalize 1 Message β€” Generate a single message as a preview to check quality

    • ♻️ Overwrite All Messages β€” Re-generate every message with your new instructions

    • ✨ Personalize Messages β€” Only generate messages for leads that don't have content yet

Example Instructions

  • "Write longer emails under 300 words."

  • "Include my booking link: https://calendly.com/yourname"

  • "Make it short and concise."

  • "Use a casual, conversational tone."

  • "Use emojis to make it more engaging."

  • "Sound more like this email: [paste an example]"

You can combine multiple instructions β€” for example: "Keep it under 3 sentences. Use a friendly tone. Always mention our free trial."

Instructions Are Saved

Your advanced instructions are saved per campaign and automatically loaded the next time you open the personalization dialog. You don't need to re-type them every time you want to re-personalize or add new leads.

Advanced instructions work alongside the standard AI personalization β€” they act as additional guidance on top of the lead's profile data, headline, and occupation that the AI already uses.
